About NEMCA

For more than 100 years NEMCA has provided education, government relations, communication with labor, and enhanced visibility for New England's union mechanical contractors. 

Our members, all specialists in the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and process piping, keep up on new business practices and emerging technologies through NEMCA's workshops, seminars and conferences.

Our members serve as trustees on Union benefit funds, are represented by NEMCA on Apprenticeship Committees, and look to us as their collective bargaining agent with UA locals 537, 4, 51, 104 and 138.

But it's not all work and no play for our contractors, NEMCA members have plenty of networking opportunities at regular social events throughout the year.

NEMCA continually looks for new ways to support our contractor members - searching out new ideas to suit a changing market environment, seeking feedback from our members, and constantly challenging ourselves to find that one new method of helping our contractors succeed.
